Upgrade ROI Planner

Test a hypothetical upgrade against the orders it affects. The model exposes time recovered and payback shifts without pretending that faster work automatically creates more sales.

How this model works

Enter the observed cost, time saved per affected order, affected orders per shift and your own average profit per order. The planner multiplies the affected orders by profit per order to create a deliberately simple benefit scenario.

Time saved and modeled value are reported separately. More available kitchen time only becomes revenue if demand, staffing and the next bottleneck allow it, so this planner never invents “extra orders.”

INPUT RAILYour upgrade scenario

Scenario assumption: the entered orders are the orders that benefit from the upgrade. Verify the real affected order count in your build.

VERIFICATION BOUNDARY

The math is exact. The scenario is yours.

These tools perform ordinary arithmetic on the values you enter. They do not claim that a price, cost, recipe, unlock level, assistant statistic or throughput number exists in the release build. Recheck your inputs after each game update.
